  Stopped 1 day, Had to go to the drive up window cause the door was locked for the lobby. I called out my order and the girl said she couldn't hear me, I repeated and when I order agian it was pure laughter, I could hear everyone laughing, I called out my order again and nothing but laughter and can't hear you and can't make that although it was on the menu. I just drove away and came to stabucks

  Ordered a caramel macchiato this morning. Tasted like sugar milk. Barley any coffee or espresso. If I wanted milk flavored with caramel I would have ask for it. Way to ruin a person's morning.

  I normally have great experiences at this Dunkin donuts, but this past time, they burnt my sourdough breakfast sandwich really bad (like you could only see pure black on the bread), wrapped it up, and handed it to me like it was nothing. I tried so hard to still eat it because I hate wasting food, but I couldn't do it. Why are they sending me on my way with inedible food and who else are they doing it to?? Most people don't have time to stop in the mornings to look at their food to make sure it is cooked properly on their way to work, and then they can't even turn back to get it fixed. This is not okay. It could be a random fluke, but still. Don't give people super burnt food and pretend it is normal.
