  Every time I come to this location they make my coffee so good!!! 🔥🔥🔥 been to other locations and it doesn’t even compare! Good customer service as well.

  Went to this location since it was on my way to the store. I asked for a medium iced coffee with 4 cream and 3 caramel, i always get this drink and know exactly what it looks like. Well they gave this one does not look good at well tastes extremely sweet that feels like they just dumped an entire caramel bottle and filled it up with coffee. I was so in shock that I didn’t even say anything. I mean how can you mess up this bad ? I used to work at dunkin it is not that hard to simple put 3 caramel and 4 cream not 50 caramel and 1 cream. Ended up just going to my usual place and got exactly what it’s supposed to look like. Never coming to this location again tho but the service was at least good and vey nice and welcoming so i’ll gave them that but maybe better training on how to actually make coffee.   I was looking foward to getting a donut at my local shop and I am extremely disappointed not only was the donut disgusting but old and hard when I say old I mean one bite and all the frosting cracked off. The lady at the window was rude and slammed the sliding door on me. She was extremely rude worst experience ever. Paying for a donut that was disgusting didn’t want to believe what people say about this location do better. Do not recommend this place then when I called to speak to a manger I got hung up on extremely unprofessional.

  Literally every single time I come here they have no clue what I ordered when I get to the window and I basically have to repeat my order to them even though I order in the drive thru. Today they told me to pull around and someone would come give me my food and nobody came over so I went back through the drive thru to ask them for my food and then they asked me again what I was missing , gave me attitude, and then started making the food I have already ordered and paid for. Honestly it’s just super annoying to come here.

  Went to get a couple of drinks and a half dozen donuts, all of that was fine. The CSR was rude didn't acknowledge me as I entered she was to busy talking to a co worker. Don't ask to use the restroom after a long trip you'll either need to pee yourself or go around back and pee. They conveniently locked the keys in the restroom they said. then as I'm about to get in my car she let someone else use it. I go in and pull a KAREN,ask for the manager and tell her what happened she said "We did lock the keys in the bathroom, she used a card to get the other customer in." so basically they pick and choose who gets to use the restroom she didn't go in and grab the keys that were in there either, just a crap visit. don't lie to the customers!!!
