I stopped by tonight with two hours left before closing and there was a sign on the door that said “No Rice – Online Orders Only.” If you can’t serve one of the most basic ingredients with that much time left in the day, something is seriously wrong. Unfortunately this isn’t a one-off issue. Multiple recent visits have had problems like no tortillas, lettuce that looks terrible, or ingredients constantly missing. The employees look completely overwhelmed and like they’re counting the minutes until they can go home. This used to be a good location, so I gave it a few months hoping things would improve. They haven’t. At this point it feels like a management problem. Maybe I’ll try this location again someday if things change, but for now I’ll be driving to a different Chipotle.

First several times it’s okay, but it’s worse now. One of them gets really anger when she doesn’t get it, gets passive-aggressive and throws the packaged food onto the counter. All the asian kids working there are exemplary.
