  Absolutely worst chipotle I have ever been to, I was treated like I was less then because of wearing a Christian t shirt and was being served food by men that are apart of the lgbt community my food was good but I paid for double meat and got a salad the guy gave me an attitude the whole time and then I asked for lettuce and he gave me two pieces of lettuce and I said uh can I have some more please and he proceeded to give me 3 more pieces and then tossed the tray to the cashier I said something to the cashier about it and the cashier just laughed it off and said sorry about that as if it was a joke I just paid $30 for a meal that I didn’t even get partially full off of the food tasted good but the service and the amount of food I got was a joke I don’t recommend any Christian man to go into this place that has nothing but hateful full of pride and ego this is such a shame because I enjoy chipotle but this was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful behavior

  This is the worst location in town no joke, they literally play in your face. don't ever order from here, go to any other location. pay $40 for a bowl and they literally give you 3/4ths of an empty bowl. showed up just like this after paying for extra portions no chips no guac. just cancel the order if you can't fulfill it.

  Total chaos with workers yelling and I waited almost 30 mins past when my order was placed online for pick up. Bowls were chincy with the amount of food, and missing items I had ordered on the meal. Quesadilla had a total of 5 small peices of steak, asked for extra sour cream and rice and there was about a tablespoon of sour cream and a small amount of rice there. Id refer to this $60.00 order was worth $20 bucks. Total waste of time and money. I will not go back to this location even if my drive is further. Unbelievable for a hungry family of 4 after a super busy and get such small portions, even ordering and paying for extra with all bowls. Seemingly like one scoop for each component. Mind you we have ate at Chipotle probably 100's of times and the quality has gotten worse on each visit. I haven't complained until now as we are tired of the continuous disappointment order after order.

  This chipotle is the most horrible one i’ve ever been to. I placed an online order about a week ago for 2 kids quesadilla meals. One of them wasn’t even in the bag, the other quesadilla DIDNT HAVE CHEESE IN IT. I went back to try to give it another shot and Every worker had HORRIBLE customer service and acts like it’s a problem that you’re there. Rolls their eyes and gives crazy attitude. It’s also A MESS inside. There’s food all over the card reader, and food contaminating other food. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible service, quality, and food.

  This Chipotle is the most inconsistent one I’ve ever been to. I weigh my food for calorie tracking, and my usual chicken burrito has ranged anywhere from 1.2lbs to over 3lbs—the exact same order. How does that even make sense? My most recent visit was the final straw. I picked up my online order for a bowl and burrito, got home, and found the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen. Weighing barely 0.8lbs, entirety missing lettuce, beans, and maybe a 0.25 portion of chicken. I drove back to speak with someone about it. The manager told me she made the burrito herself and that they were out of beans and lettuce. I asked why no one mentioned this when I picked up the order, and she just said, “I don’t know, I didn’t remember,” then immediately offered a refund. If a third of my ingredients are missing, customers should be told at pickup—especially when the order only has six ingredients total. Between the lack of communication, the wasted time and gas, and the extreme inconsistency in portion sizes, the customer service here is seriously lacking. I've been a long time patron, but this is seriously making me reconsider if I should continue.
