  First of all we ordered to pick up at 9:30 and we got there at 9:58 because we had just gotten off work, which is 2 mins before they close and when we pulled up into the parking lot. This girl that we see every time we go there that’s always rude and giving us faces. Runs to the door when we pull up and locks the door. Mind u, it wasn’t 10 yet and we still had to pick up out order and when we got to the door, obviously we knew it was locked but we tried to open it anyways so they can open the door bc we still had to pick up our order that we had already paid for. And the girl that ended up opening the door for us didn’t even open the door for us at first, she just cracked the door open a little and popped out as if she was going to tell us to leave. But like I said, we still had to pick up our order and we also saw that they had other orders to get picked up but they still locked the door. And thennn, when we opened our burritos. We had ordered a steak burrito out of 3 burritos but 2 were chicken and one was steak. And all 3 burritos had chicken. No steak whatsoever. Overall, the workers here are rude and don’t know how to do their job.

  I'm not sure what their issue is but they are out of stock of taco shells every single time we go. We went three times in the past few weeks at different times of day and they are always out. They are also frequently out of soda and utensils- and yesterday they were out of sour cream. I could barely choke my steak down because it was SO spicy. They don't tell you they are out of stuff until after you've started ordering so you feel too awkward to cancel the order since they already started assembling it. It's also very dirty- the tables seem to never be cleaned. We'll just drive the extra few miles to the other chipotle from now on.

  Seriously 16 plus for a steak bowl and it’s half full. Container smashed and black beans smashed. Why do I have to stand there and watch for you to actually put some effort ?

  Your managers train the line folks to give the tiniest amount of meat, and you guys get ANGRY at us for asking for more. And your line is always filthy. Why does anyone eat here anymore, it's the same way at every location across the US.

  Came in for the Chicken Al Pastor. They didn’t have any prepared and the workers said it would be awhile. They weren't even cooking any and the restaurant was getting busy. I understand busy.. but rude is unacceptable. Need to be trained in better customer service…
