  Usually pretty good location, but tonight the service was horrible and I got home with two bowls for my partner and I. Start eating and I hear a crunch, the whole bowl had solid undercooked rice.

  When I went inside to place an order, I was immediately concerned by the environment. An employee had connected a large speaker and was playing music that was inappropriate for a public setting, especially with children present and other customers trying to enjoy their meals. The volume was excessively loud, making it difficult to hear the employee assisting me at the register. When I politely asked the cashier to repeat himself due to the noise, he appeared frustrated rather than accommodating. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I believe this location would benefit from maintaining a more appropriate atmosphere and prioritizing respectful customer service.

  walked up to the ordering line and there was a handwritten sign on the order window that said NO ICE!!! NO ICE!!! My first thought was their ice machine was down but then suspected they were talking about Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The girl at the counter said they were only taking cash today is that ok and I said I don't have cash and walked out. On the way out I pressed the ice paddle at the soda dispensers and the icemaker was working just fine. Owners might want to reconsider having handwritten political signs on their window.

  Promotion from 3:00 to 4:00 BOGO if you show a tattoo. I do not understand why corporations know they're going to be busy and they don't have a plan B in case the system goes down or why they let one person get up to five entrees which that's 10!! The whole management team did not know what they were doing it was one big party back there employees looking at the line grow, chatting, laughing while management is trying to call tech support which they think it's going to get fixed in an hour! The one little girl I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional pointing to the card reader like I didn't believe her. When I asked her name she also didn't want to provide that cuz she knew she was in the wrong!! When you have people waiting in line longer than 30 minutes you should have just handed out vouchers to come back and call it a day!!! With all that being said I will never support this chain!!!

  Food was good. They didn’t have fajita veggies, or chips. Had a lady yelling inside threatening to fight people in the back….turns out it was the general manager. Not sure how that makes any sense. Place was dirty. Employe who checked me out almost forgot the drinks I paid for. Left me alone at the register for a good 3 minutes with no cups. Where did the quality go? Who knows. But please get it right with hospitality.
