  A good takeaway orderd at 9.30pm with takeaway closing at 10pm and food was fresh when collected from Drive through window.

  Love this place! Devon and Rafael were super helpful and kind both of my recent visits to this establishment! Great food, great service, awesome place.

  Rude teenagers. Weird for chikfil a to have this kind of service. Been that way for the past 6!months. The one in central and also the Wyoming location have much nicer staff.

  This chick fil a really needs to partner with other stores or something to figure out how to run the store better. Every single time I got to this location there is something wrong. It doesn’t matter if you talk to corporate or complain, in the end it’s the same. Come to this location if you don’t mind getting an incorrect order!

  This is the worst Chick-fil-A location we have ever been to. This is definitely an issue with the management. Went to to this location on March 12, 2026. The line was unreasonably taking a long time. Watched the girl in the drive thru argue with the car in front of us until they got so angry they sped away. The group of girls were laughing and hanging out, more than just pleasant conversation, actively ignoring customers. She brought out food to us, and didn't ask us if anything else was needed. She turned around without saying anything. She then went over and started giggling with her co-workers again. It took a while to wave her back over to get the missing items. The girl that came rolled her eyes. Instead of apologizing and asking what was missing so she could grab it quickly, she demanded the bag. When giving her the bag she snatched it so hard that she ripped the bag. She then walked to the counter and left the bag on the counter. After several minutes she stomped back saying we need to pull over and wait, we then asked for a refund. The manager was equally as awful, instead of being normal she immediately walked up and stated "what's the problem" with an incredibly bad attitude. We asked for a refund and they dragged their feet. The original girl then went to the car behind us and tells the man " they refuse to leave." Intentionally trying to escalate the issue that was very easily resolved if they would have just handed us sauce. The guy, thinking he was then "helping" these people got of the car to get involved. We advised that he needed to walk away. Instead of telling him to walk back to his car, she tells us that can't yell at him, when at no point anyone was being yelled out. That manipulative behavior by the manager and that employee is exactly why they will continue to have escalated confrontations with customers. The manager didn't have a name tag. The girl handing out orders covered her name badge with her suspenders. Now we see why. There were two cars in a row that had problems with just the most basic requirement of customer service. They shouldn't be working with the public. The customer service is going down hill, and this is obviously an issue with poor management, hiring practices and training paired with lack of any self reflection or accountability. We went to the other location and they were fine.
