  This particular Chick-fil-A was good. There was an employee, older lady walking around checking in with guests that were in the restaurant to make sure everything was okay. This stood out really well as many fast food restaurant dont have employees walking around checking on guests. The food was good too, tho one sandwich was requested without tomato and received tomato in it. The soft drinks were good tho I believe they might of been running out of syrup on coke as it tasted waterd down slightly. Staff were friendly and energetic.

  The quality of the food has gone down. The nuggets and fries are always burnt and their have been times when we order the 12 piece and we are shorted.

  Staff is really friendly, however during afternoon lunch rushes they are unable to get orders out quick enough and prioritize drive thru way too much. I always mobile order 10-5 minutes beforehand and it is never ready and I am waiting there for an additional 15 minutes. I understand rushes can be stressful and there is a lot of orders at hand, however I think it’s ridiculous it’s like that almost every single day even on weekdays and continues to get worse the more I come there.

  I had another disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A on Cottonwood today. My fiancé and I placed an order inside and were told it would be ready shortly. After waiting around 15–20 minutes, I noticed several people who ordered after us receiving their food while we were still waiting. When I went up to ask about the order, the employee initially could only find the second item I had ordered later (a mac and cheese). After more searching, they realized our original order had actually been sitting on the counter the entire time. By the time we received it, the fries were completely cold. I politely asked if the fries could be replaced. The employee came back with a bag that only had one order of fries even though both meals had cold fries. When I explained that both needed to be replaced, the interaction started to feel dismissive. What stood out even more while we were waiting was the environment among the staff. Several employees were standing nearby gossiping about a delivery driver instead of focusing on the orders that were clearly piling up. Then when the driver finally came inside, the manager approached him in a very passive-aggressive and unprofessional way, snatching the keys from him and giving a sarcastic “thank you” in front of customers. Regardless of the situation, that kind of behavior toward an employee is not okay. It was uncomfortable to watch and honestly made me question how staff are treated behind the scenes when customers aren’t around. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t a one-time issue. Every time we’ve given this location another chance, something has gone wrong. It seems like there’s always a problem with orders, wait times, or overall organization. We keep hoping it will improve because it’s the closest location to us, but the experience continues to be consistently disappointing. I’ve had good experiences at other Chick-fil-A locations, which is why this one stands out so much. I really hope management takes a closer look at what’s happening here because the service and professionalism at this location are not meeting the standard people normally expect.
