  I placed my order @4:37PM and I got here @5:10PM , they said it’s still being worked on. Time passes and passes and they don’t give me my food until 5:48PM and it’s WRONG. Everytime I come to this location, they take forever. How does it take an hour to make 20 wings? I don’t know what’s going on in that kitchen back there or if everyone who works on shift everyday is super incompetent but this location needs to do better.

  Four stars for our recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Albuquerque! From the moment we walked in, the staff was energetic and welcoming. We ordered the wings + sides, Garlic Parmesan, hot, hot lemon pepper wings with fries and onion rings and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The sauce options are unbeatable, and the beer selection paired perfectly. We also ordered the dip trio and that was NOT GOOD at all! The salsa tasted sour like it was old and the guacamole was not fresh with frozen tomato’s and onions on top it was even brown. The queso dip was watery and I was a little upset I even ordered that. Besides that, the place was lively with multiple games on the big screens, but not overly loud—perfect for hanging out with friends. Our server was attentive and even suggested some good specials. Overall, a fun, reliable sports-bar experience with excellent wings.

  After a long day in Abq my friend and I were headed back west and stopped at BWW due to being close to the freeway sat down ordered our drinks and appetizers along with our meal from Sierra drinks took 10 min to come our food came out and then our appetizers wings were ok and hot my friend never got his appetizers he ordered my beef beer cheesesteak that was 14.49 was horrible it looked nothing like the picture I orders just came with meat and cheese only and service was horrible also waited for the server over 30 min to get cashed out!!! Not going back to any BWW locations ever again!!!

  I just had dined with two other friends and the food was good. But the only issue was the server. Was really rude and she forced us to give her a tip. She complained about her job and not getting paid enough. Terrible service.

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FOOD! ordered a pickup order over 100$ EVERYTHING WE ORDERED WAS MESSED UP! came into to pick up the order checked it at the register and already saw it was messed up! Orderd wings sauce was on the side for some reason...i didn't ask for it on the side when I ordered it and when I asked for extra sauce because they only gave us 1 little .25oz container the hostess or whoever went to get it was extremely rude about it. So we get home only to find every single thing we ordered was messed up every wing we ordered had the sauce on the side with only 1 little cup as stated before we also had burgers and some appetizers. The burgers came without any tomatoes lettuce onion pickle anything and the appetizers came out cold and underwhelming. I've never been this disappointed with a restaurant they must have new owners or something because last time the food and service were extremely impressive and this time I dont even have words for how awful this meal was! To anyone thinking about coming here DO NOT! Save your money and go elsewhere
