  I came here to eat, and the waitress (cindy) simply paid us no attention all evening. She would walk past our table asking if we were doing okay, but she kept right on walking; when we called out to her, she ignored us completely. She forgot part of our order—and, on top of that, took an eternity to bring it out. She was excessively rude.

  Me and my 2 kids went to Buffalo wild wings the other day. The food was really bad and burnt. The waiter offered a discount but never gave. He was so rude that my son said no tip i agreed because he was terrible. Well me and my daughter went to the bathroom and my son went to pay. The guy went to the side bar. Our ticket said 117 an change my son put all zeros and crossed out the tip area. Well few days later 141 and change came out our bank. I asked my son for the receipt and its the receipt from the table. The guy gave himself a 22% tip on top of that had my son sign the wrong receipt. Well I called and talked to a manager she said to call the next day and talk to the assistant GM so I did. Well to find out that the guy forged my sons signature on the receipt. I told the lady that is forgery and theft and I was ready to call the police. She offered to refund the whole 141 and changed which she did. And said that they take this seriously and will handle it. I was so mad. Like if your going to be very rude and not take care of your customers right then you dont deserve a tip period. The place was not busy at all only 5 tables. Respect comes along way. Buffalo wild wings has gone downhill. Will not be going back. If I could put all zeros i would. This place needs a revamp bad.

  I swear, everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. We were told to sit wherever we liked, so we chose a booth in the corner. We waited there for over 20 minutes with no contact from any of the wait staff. We decided to move to somewhere in the middle of the restaurant and were finally attended to. We had ample time to review the menu due to our wait, but the server took our drinks and walked away without asking if we wanted food. 10. Minutes. Later. We get our drinks, and our server asks if we are ready to order and if we want an appetizer. We tell her the appetizer, and once again, she walks off without taking the full order. After 5 minutes we hail them and ask to place our order. The appetizer arrived. We have been here for about an hour now. The sauce on the wings are wrong. We ask to have it corrected, and the manager says they'll give us wings in the correct sauce, "free of charge". Food arrives. It's ok, what you'd expect from B-Dubs at this point. We get the check, and we were charged for the corrected wings AND for drinks that should have been included in our meal deal. We then wait again for this to be corrected. Every time I come here the service is slow, orders are wrong, and the food tastes a little worse. They are charging $17 for a burger now. It's insane. Stay away from this place, staff are untrained and the restaurant never has enough employees.

  Forgot drink, forgot beer cheese for pretzels, gave wrong dipping sauce and not as many as ordered, put cheese on burgers for lactose intolerant person. Refunded $3 on a $70 order.
