  This was my first time visiting Buca, and WOW! I will definitely be back! Our food was good but what brought me to Google to do a review was the amazing service we received! Jolene was our server and she was so helpful explaining the menu, she is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! Ask for Jolene to be your server and you will not be disappointed!

  Recently tried this place out for the first time. Food was great! Service was excellent! Thanks to Berna! She was our server. And she made the whole experience a 10/10! She was very attentive and on top of everything! Thank you, Berna for making our first dining experience at Buca di Beppo a very pleasant time!

  The restaurant's ambiance is beautiful and welcoming. The service was efficient, and the server Bernadette was very nice and helpful with the menu. The food is outstanding and flavorful as it should and overall was a 10/10 dining experience that I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Italian cuisine.

  GREAT FOOD!!! I am still disturbed to this day by the paintings in the bathrooms. Intriguing decorations. I think my eyes have been cursed to this day by the paintings. Other than the paintings, the service is great, and food is amazing!!!

  Rude hostess. Was not even at her station...May not have been the regular hostess. The lady who waited on us was sitting at the bar gossiping with 2 other ladies at 515 pm today. They weren't busy. They're was no reason to be rude. She was complaining that someone else was not at her station at the front and "she wasn't going to be doing this all night" AS SHE WAS WALKING US DOWN THE HALL to be seated. Did not ask us if where she was seating was acceptable either. It was not. We sat for 10 min and no one even greeted us for at all much less drinks etc. Another table had been waiting over 20 min for appetizers which seemed to be wrong... seemingly a plate of Luke warm broccoli. Unacceptable. Their main order had not been taken yet either. Obviously, we left. Without anyone even apologizing or even trying to see what the problem was! I can't even rate the food as we were not even served WATER! RUDE. EDIT 4/2/26: After owners luke warm response (especiallygoing to a different restaurant directlyafter this & just to up the street for servicet/atmosphere & food that was A MILLION TIMES BETTER) ... I'm not very impressed. No offer to make it right with US THOUGH, I do hope it is made right with the employees. I see by other reviews this HAD BEEN an ONGOING ISSUE. I'm NOT inclined to return with family & friends at this rate
