I haven’t been here in years my last review here I gave 5 stars!! Unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience… ordered the calamari and they dumped a but of white & red sauce on most of them… why wasn’t in smaller cups to dip it in🤔my veal was tough and the pasta had no salt… my waitress wasn’t attentive at all I ordered a drink and she never brought finally we asked someone else about it and they ran out of sweet tea to make the drink!! Chicken Caprese was good just why those big tomato slices🤔not to mention the place was kinda empty on a Friday night!! That says a lot cause it use to be packed!
Bravo has a nice menu and it’s a good value. Unfortunately, their service is inconsistent. On more than one occasion we were seated and we just sat there; no one came to our table. We moved to the bar and the bartender was talking to another party. We waved to her and she ignored us. At this it’s just not worth our time.
This was our first visit to this location here at Uptown in Albuquerque, and to Bravo in general. Heather the manager greeted us after we decided to go ahead and sit in the bar area. She was super nice. Julian was our server/bartender. The Espresso Martini’s were perfect, and Julian was prompt, courteous and professional taking our orders. Food was hot and fresh. We got pizza, chicken Parm and Wedding soup. It was very delicious. Heather conversation with us for a few minutes and informed us that they will be doing an interior Reno/refresh soon. It’ll be fun to see what they have in store. Though the current Roman ruins look is pretty cool. Don’t hesitate to give it a try. Tell Heather and Julian we sent you!

Overall, I’d rank it below Olive Garden in terms of my personal preference. The food was good overall. The service stood out as especially kind and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. That said, the prices were definitely on the higher side, and the dishes tend to be quite high in calories, so it’s something to keep in mind depending on what you’re looking for, not somewhere I feel the need to return to though.

Bravo! Italian Kitchen was a bright spot in the middle of the day and a fine reminder that lunch does not have to feel like a hostage situation.
We stopped in for lunch, and the lunch menu was excellent. It had plenty of good choices without making me feel like I needed a committee meeting and three hours of prayer to pick something. I had a salad, and it was fresh, tasty, and exactly what lunch ought to be when you want something satisfying without needing to take a nap in the parking lot afterward.
The place was clean, inviting, and comfortable from the minute we walked in. Best of all, we were greeted like actual human beings, which these days feels so rare it almost deserves its own trophy. There is something deeply encouraging about walking into a restaurant and being welcomed by people who seem genuinely glad you came instead of looking at you like you just interrupted a private family argument.
The whole experience felt easy in the best way. Good food, pleasant atmosphere, clean restaurant, and kind service. That may sound simple, but simple done well is a beautiful thing.
Bravo! Italian Kitchen made lunch feel civilized again. I came in hungry and left happy, well-fed, and slightly tempted to applaud the salad.
