Unfortunately we weren’t there when we started eating them because they don’t have a restroom and my toddler needed to pee, so we rushed home, otherwise I would have definitely said something. Two kids cones and a small adult scoop and $20 later for ice cream no one finished. We’ve been before and we tipped generously this time, but we won’t be back.

- AAAlexDec 21, 20251.0My daughters cake for her birthday was supposed to be a chocolate ice cream cake and chocolate cake. we did not receive that. we were given instead vanilla ice cream and vanilla cake. of course, we were upset because not only was the cake not what we ordered and was 45 dollars but when I rang up the store they did not answer and at some point quickly kept declining my calls. My daughter is highly allergic to vanilla and this was going to be (as far as we know) the last of her few years alive as she is highly sick. She was very upset and disappointed as she should've been and in the end, she never got the cake she ordered. I am very unhappy with this restaurant's customer service nowadays.
