It’s gotten to the point it’s not even worth the risk it happens so often. Maybe in-person is better, but delivery from here is awful.

My husband took 2 drinks and doesnt like it, they drenched the drink in chimoy. but he hates to return anything. We walked to the truck & I convinced him to let me try to exchange it due to him going to throw it anyway & buy a milkshake. I asked the 2 young ladies can I plz exchange this for something else and I will pay the difference for the milkshake if its more money. She said you took a drink and left the store I said for 30 seconds & I came rite back in.. no exchange at all. So crazy. Coming from a huge retail store I have exchanged full eaten watermelons then the guest says its not sweet.. this young lady clearly saw barley any was missing from the drink. $8.00 for a smoothie is crazy and basically if you dont like it oh well. Never bringing my money to a place like this again. I also saw the reviews stating it was 1 star and talking about a angry young lady. I believed that is the Gem I delt with this evening so sad I took my 17 year old to get a treat for her bday.. should have went to Dairy Queen!!!! Store manager wake up and get better workers for your store. This is disgusting. Be happy you have a job young lady. Take more pride in your craft dont be so sloppy or lazy. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
