- M5Mrs Wake N Bake 505Feb 1, 20265.0Today was about to be ruined or so I thought I have always preordered & paid for clown cones for my daughters birthday for her today I went to pick up my order from another store that was a little closer to me and they never made them wouldn’t even consider making them even for a later pickup I was almost In tears when I called this store and reached the most amazing representative named Faith she offered to make them for me and have them for me in 2 hours and gave me the phones I needed to file complaints on Monday and kept apologizing for what I had to deal with she really helped make my daughter’s birthday complete she was amazing

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
