  Got the worst tasting arby's roast, beef sandwich. I've ever had, it appears that they've started using that pressed meat product cause it doesn't even look taste or smell like original arby's Roast Beef.

  I came here this Evening April 4, 2026 at about 10:05 PM. I had the absolute worst service ever in my life. The place was very rundown. The young lady in the drive-through said that the fryer was broken so we couldn’t get french fries which I think is probably a lie because they were just wanting to close it down. As we saw them put french fries into a DoorDash Bag. The female in the drive-through window was so slow had no sense of urgency. She couldn’t really communicate well not sure why she was in a customer service window. Do not go here. It looks dirty inside and out.

  Went through the drive thru to pick up an order that was paid for. I was told to come back in 10 minutes because there system was down. I come back 15 minutes later and they are completely closed down. I didn't get my food that I paid for. I was there around 8 pm and it says they close at 10 PM.

  I ordered a roast beef half pound sandwich and some other items but the roast beef sandwich was the only one they messed up on they gave me a roast beef with cheese instead when I clearly said a roast beef half pound this isn't the first time they messed up my order this is then tenth time do better
