  I used to love going to 7brew but the staff is slowly getting worse. I am lactose intolerant and recently every drink where I have requested oat milk they just don’t substitute it. I have even pointed out that my drink had regular milk in it and they insisted it had oat milk in it, my stomach disagreed. They had even used half and half in my drink and it ruined my whole day. Extremely disappointing.

  I love this place. I've been a loyal customer daily (sometimes 3× daily) since opening in ABQ. Why arent the employees being taken care of properly? I've been in HR and have had jobs where it was my responsibility to make sure the employees were well taken care of and happy. As a company, the better the workers are treated the better they work and value their job. These youngsters are dealing with 505 weather and people. They deserve to be appreciated. During the summer they need misting fans outside, chest coolers, hats, sun glasses, and sunblock provided for them all for free. During the winter they need heaters outside with beanies and gloves thay allow them to still use the laptops. All of which can be written off in taxes. So why arent they being taken care of? Give the youngsters a great example of a good company and a great boss. A great example of how employees should be treated when working outside, is Chick-Fil-A. They take care of their employees as if they were in their shoes themselves. Please take care of them. I love this place but its only cause of the workers. There are coffee shops popping up on every corner, so finding a good drink isn't a problem. Its finding a good vibe with amazing interaction thats hard and thats what makes me keep coming back to 7Brews on Wyoming.   We went to a location and I had discarded my water by dumping it and the staff gave me a lot of attitude and shade. I told them that it was just water and they gave me even more attitude. Then they got my drink wrong which felt intentional. I was also supposed to get the car coasters because I paid for two large drinks which I saw them give the car in front and they didn't give me any. They have lost a loyal customer. I will not be back.

  Ignored for over 5 minutes by 3 employees with literally no other customers. Horrible night crew. Mopping an hour before close and just standing around drinking. hire better teenagers. Dutch bros will get my service

  This was the worse experience I have had here they guy at the drive thru swiped my card twice then said it was declined so I tried another card n did that one 3 times then said it declined again so when I checked my bank app it said it went through but then he tried tell me I had to do it again in other card was charged twice n on top of that the coffee o got was not worth what I paid another lady tried to give me somebody’s order n when I told her that wasn’t mine she was very rude n said whatever n walked away I won’t be back here
