  On March 28th around 11:10 am, Mary ( not sure her position)was rude as hell. My husband went in after we got our order to return the fries because they were not fresh. She made a rude comment a long the lines of “hurry up and give them to him so they don’t get cold. That was uncalled for and very unprofessional. We spend a lot of money there and behavior like that is unacceptable. I hope no other customers experience this.

  Had ordered three sugar cookies and got none and according to the dasher the message was NOT related that they had none left.. Also served half full medium fry and was cold

  Food was wrong, drink was wrong, no sauce. Can't get a hold of doordash, which I understand isn't your fault but I can't get a hold of anyone at wendys either and I've tried 8 times. And This happens everytime, and it only ever seems to my order.

  Ordered online cause I was in a hurry, app said it would be ready in 5 minutes showed up 20 minutes later, I’m still waiting

  I wish I took a picture. But gosh, first time I had to write a bad review. I ordered the tripled and there was a pile of salt on each patty plus the buns. Yall need to watch it with that salt.
