Today, I decided to go back inside to have them correct it and all I got was rudeness. I didn't even say anything and the manager hit me with her rude arguing tone. I left frustrated and with the wrong drink. A while back we quit going to Baskin Robbins because they never have all the ice cream or are out of toppings. If you have some patience, try the store, but keep your head down.

The service used to be top-tier with how quick and efficient the drinks and food went out the drive-through. Now its the complete opposite. It takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive-through even with one to two cars. The workers seem understaffed and have poor attitudes. The last few times I went through the drive-through I will catch a bad attitude trying to order and they make me feel bad for ordering more than just a coffee. In the past month, I’ve pulled out of the drive-through three times because I can’t wait 30+ minutes to grab a quick coffee. I can’t imagine how much business Starbucks is getting these days with the state of how Dunkin is run.
