She was a bartender tending to the tables and bar. While busy running from the kitchen to the tables and the bars, she always managed to keep a smile on her face and constantly checked in on us. She was also fast with getting our drinks, food a s boxes. I sadly forgot my food there in boxes. Great establishment

- EDEm DorsDec 9, 20253.0After my first visit to this BWW in Alamogordo, I had to look at the reviews and was shocked to see someone just 2 months ago have the same issue I had with a chicken wrap. Any time I have been at a BWW, I order the same thing. BUFFALO RANCH CHICKEN WRAP. However, when it was put in front of me, I was surprised to see it was mostly flat. Then when I bit into it, I noticed the tortilla was way too crunchy, like it was left on the grill top way too long. Then I noticed a piece of chicken had broken through the tortilla at the bottom. Then the worst part. The chicken pieces. They were so dried and hard I could barely eat any of them. I had to pick them out with the fork. It was like they were way overcooked. The entire "wrap" felt empty, like it was barely filled with the ingredients. Such a disappointment. So since because someone else just recently has the SAME experience with the same wrap, it should be wise to speak with whoever is cooking back there and actually make the food edible. EDITED TO ADD: I wish I could remember the wait staff names, but they were AWESOME.

She was attentive and polite and was constantly moving around the restaurant floor working. Good customer service and food can and will outshine wait times. 5 starts to Emily at the Alamogordo NM store!
