- TETreasure Eanes6 days ago1.0Just went in today 2-20-2026 they are still out of ice cream and said they will not have it until the first of march. There is no manager or shift lead to talk to. They can not answer the phone as it is locked in the office when the daytime manager leaves.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
