Asked what their lobby hours were because the door stated they close at 10pm. He informed me that the lobby closes at 930pm. Told them they need to update the hours to reflect that. Also they definitely dont have "31" flavors. I asked for a chocolate ice cream & he told me the flavors they only had which was about 9 flavors or so. Very disappointing. Won't bother wasting time stopping here.

This is the second time in just a short time when there is NO ice cream. Yesterday there was 3 flavors, today I tried to call to see if they had ice cream no one answered. Multiple times they don’t even have chocolate. Whoever is running this needs to be fired. This place has been terrible since they opened in this location. I have asked several times to get a certain flavors and I have just been ignored. Unfortunately, even corporate will do nothing about this. This makes me very sad, as Baskin Robbins used to have standards.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
