  worse experience with this KFC stuff. Wait time of any pickup was atleast 30 minutes. Alot of customer left the store after waiting 20 minutes someone to take their order even the suff didn't bother to serve them. They were like we are only 3 people working. Customer with online orders have to wait 30 to 40 min then whats the reason to place online order. Why the owner don't increase the number of stuff and give them a proper training to them how to deal people in rush hour.

  Had a pretty bad experience at KFC. I ordered a 2 piece meal and picked dark meat on the app. When I got there they said it would be a 30 minute wait for dark meat. I was already in a rush and had somewhere to be so I asked if I could just switch to one of the other options like the 3 piece tenders or the sandwich meal but they said I couldn’t. They told me I would have to place a whole new order and request a refund on the app which takes 5 to 6 business days. That just makes no sense when I am already there. Then they offered me a rib and a wing instead which honestly feels like a downgrade for what I paid. Overall it just felt really inconvenient and not customer friendly at all. It could have been such an easy fix but they made it way more complicated than it needed to be. Pretty disappointing experience at the location on ropewalk lane!

  Dirty, chicken was gross, food overall was not good quality, did I say Dirty, needs to said again, the whole dining area had garbage and food debris everywhere. Worst KFC I've ever seen. Won't be ordering from KFC ever again.
