  I was at the restaurant today and the woman served me ask what I wanted and she said she never heard me and I told her really nice and she had a saucy attitude and then I told her I only wanted mayonesue on the chicken burger and then she was like I want the Big Crunch sandwich combo and she crunch combo and she just disagreed with me so insulting never go back there again and other cashiers was nice but not horrible service never going back there again.

  I had to reorder twice because they keep messing up my order. We are having a gathering for my sister’s birthday, we had to wait for like 2 hours for our complete orders. In a separate occasion, I found a hair in my chicken tenders. I was in a rush so I didn’t have the time to take a picture or complain about it, but that was so disgusting. I’m so upset and disappointed, we need our foods!

  They close 10mnts before closing and one team member shout to me its close very rude They must learn how to do customer service and please let them train how to close at 5pm in sunday.
