This location has serious food quality and customer service issues. The chicken tastes like it’s cooked just to get rid of customers, not to be eaten. If you’ve had KFC from other locations, you’ll immediately know the difference.
I ordered through the KFC app, not Uber Eats, and my food was delayed by over an hour. The store uses Uber drivers but takes zero responsibility for delivery coordination. When I called the branch, the manager (Amilika) denied basic facts, and then blamed Uber Eats when she found them true, and when I asked for a fresh order due to the delay and cold food, she accused me of “threatening” her which completely unprofessional and false.
Avoid if you care about quality or basic customer respect.

So starting off that this was not a one time thing. We've gone to this location enough to know that even ordering on the app means waiting forever.Tonight was a whole other beast. I get there about the time I was told my order would be ready. There were at least five people in the order line and 3 people in the pickup area. No employee in sight. To keep it short, I was there 10 minutes before I even saw someone come up to take a order at the register. They only managed to take two orders before disappearing again. Not a single mobile order was to be seen but drive thru was zipping through. Finally someone grabbed an employee and asked where their mobile order was. Oh, suddenly it was ready. Another person did the same thing and their order was ready. Basically only the people who actively asked about why their order still wasn't done got their food.
And this whole time? Not a single word from the employees, nothing about sorry for the wait or we're swamped or anything. Absolute silence. That's the worst part of it. The lack of care or even basic customer service. I don't know why we keep ordering here but I'm definitely going to be doing it WAY less than we already do. Avoid this place at all costs.
