  I had to reorder twice because they keep messing up my order. We are having a gathering for my sister’s birthday, we had to wait for like 2 hours for our complete orders. In a separate occasion, I found a hair in my chicken tenders. I was in a rush so I didn’t have the time to take a picture or complain about it, but that was so disgusting. I’m so upset and disappointed, we need our foods!

  They close 10mnts before closing and one team member shout to me its close very rude They must learn how to do customer service and please let them train how to close at 5pm in sunday.

  I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d advise others to think twice before visiting until the management takes steps to fix these issues. KFC should be consistent with its brand and customer experience, but this branch is definitely giving it a bad name. Whoever hire them must teach your employees to respect, smile and how to take orders from customers. We pay to enjoy food , not for bad experience.
