  After going back into the store to resolve an issue with the doordash issue I had before leaving a one star review I spoke to the customer service representative in store and they gave us the entire order replaced at no cost. I would highly suggest speaking with doordash to fix these errors. The food is good.

  Things have gone very downhill recently at this location. I used to be confident in getting exactly what I ordered, but it feels like I am playing Russian roulette with my order these days in terms of what is right and what isn't. Considering this, I would not trust this place if I had major dietary restrictions.

  Prices are good. Wanted a tuna sub but although it is still advertized as an option I was told that the store no longer does seafood subs. I didn t feel very welcomed no hello or welcome . Yes I realize it fast food but if you want returning customers you have to make them feel at least welcome. MAybe the attendant was having an off day ..so will give him the benefit of the doubt this was what it was.

  Overall such a great experience! The first time trying mr. Sub was the rub sub. Our server (i think i remember his name was philip) did an amazing job. He really took care of mine and my buddies subs! First impressions mean a lot and i think mr. Sub and philip really pulled it through to make a great first impression. If the rub sub stays for a little longer i will 100% be back for more!
