  Very disappointing experience. This location feels like a poor imitation of what you’d expect from a McDonald’s. The service was slow, unorganized, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. I had to wait far too long without any clear communication, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. Definitely not the level of quality or service people expect. Would not recommend this place.

  Told us to pull up to a spot that was a snowbank. Then proceeded to tell us they couldn't find us when no one came out of building.

  During the renovations, delivery personnel are being made to wait outside in -8°C temperatures for 15–20 minutes. This is not acceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. Please ensure that there is a proper process in place so they are not left standing outside in these conditions.

  Worst service as always! For the deliveries, they gave out all the orders after waiting for least 20 minutes. They literally don’t care who came early or anything.. the best Mcdonalds is at the kentmount road for sure..
