  The only thing better than the food was the service. Our server Alex was knowledgeable, upbeat & she was an absolute pleasure to have serve us. The new thick cut bacon app was outstanding. Both our steaks were cooked to perfection! Lastly if there is anything to not skip, its the add on burnt brisket ends! All around one of our experiences eating out in a long time!

  Me and my little one always come here — it’s our favorite place to eat. The food is consistently delicious, and I love the atmosphere. We’re usually lucky enough to have Janet as our server, and her service is impeccable. She’s incredibly friendly and very personable (amazing with chatterbox kiddos) Her check-ins are perfectly timed, and she always makes sure you have everything you could need or want when you need or want it. I’ve actually started requesting her whenever we visit, and I highly recommend you do the same!

  Our family has been dining at this location for many years. We always come back as it’s our favourite . We came last week to celebrate a birthday. Drinks were delicious, and food was phenomenal as it always is. Everytime we come to visit we feel welcomed as if I’m walking into my own front door. Our server Danielle did an amazing job. She was full of recommendations, very pleasant, super attentive and made our dining expierence memorable. Montanas is the perfect place to go for the perfect meal. We will definitely be back!

  Montana’s on Kenmount Road in St.John’s is more than just a restaurant to us. It is our happy place in good times and in bad. It is our safe haven in the most difficult of times as well as in happy times. It is where we feel at home and part of a family. Janet has been a good friend to us over the many years we have been going there through the good times and the bad, the happy and the sad. She makes us fell ever so welcome and at home - so much so that our family and their families and friends frequent her store for the same reason. It is and will remain our safe place for many years to come thanks to her and the great staff. While there we fell happy and enjoy the great food while feeling special. What more can one ask for in the place we call our second home - it has all we need and want in this special place we call Montana's. We cannot rate this restaurant on its menu only, which is great and extensive to say the least, as there is so much more great features deserving of recognition and acknowledgement.

  I always have a great experience at Montana’s! It’s one of my favourite spots for both lunch and dinner. The service is consistently amazing, and Jan truly makes every visit special. She’s so friendly, always remembers exactly what I like, and makes me feel right at home every time I come in. I always start with the spinach dip (it’s a must!), and I love trying the new menu items when they come out. That said, my go-to will always be the steak and Coors Light. It never disappoints. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere every single time. Highly recommend!
