Our child has a severe red-meat allergy, and because of this mistake we had to rush to the hospital. When I went back to explain the situation, the staff member was extremely rude. She acted disrespectfully, made rude gestures toward me, and said she had “nothing to do” about my child’s situation. She ignored me completely and tried to talk only to my wife. When I asked for her name, she refused and said it was “not allowed,” which is very unprofessional. A food mistake is already dangerous, but the staff’s behaviour made the situation even worse. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves staff training so no other family has to go through this.
