  Very disappointed with the service at this location. My wife ordered a chicken burger, but they gave her a cheeseburger. Our child has a severe red-meat allergy, and because of this mistake we had to rush to the hospital. When I went back to explain the situation, the staff member was extremely rude. She acted disrespectfully, made rude gestures toward me, and said she had “nothing to do” about my child’s situation. She ignored me completely and tried to talk only to my wife. When I asked for her name, she refused and said it was “not allowed,” which is very unprofessional. A food mistake is already dangerous, but the staff’s behaviour made the situation even worse. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves staff training so no other family has to go through this.

  Had the saddest poutine of my life sold to me here. Wish I had taken a picture of it before throwing it in the bin.

  Never had a single bad experience from this dairy queen. The burgers are fantastic and the chicken strips are always crispy. As for the ice cream. Wow! Extremely refreshing and tasty.

  Chewed on a sharp piece of plastic called the store, the manager stated “there was no possible way that could happen” then straight up hung up on me after stating he would look up the transaction. Who makes something up like this? Not a single apology just “we can give you a free blizzard” and gaslighting me stating “it wasn’t us”. date 07/09/25 at time of 2030
