Frequently a dinner here. The food has never disappointed! The service I would say 4/5 stars. I would like to say 5 as 80 percent of the time its amazing! May be how busy it is, or may be a server having an off day but either way Im very happy with it still! The all you can eat salads, soups and bread with your meal always adds a great value to my meal. Still amazed of the quality of the all you can eat. Would highly recommend 👌

I had a terrible experience with the service here about a year ago. And because of that, I haven’t been back since. However, today, myself and a couple of friends decided to go there for lunch, and I was actually looking forward to it in hopes that I would get treated with better service - but nope. Still the same horrible service and a very rude waitress. Her name was Rose. She was okay in the beginning, still not super nice or anything, but when I had questions about the menu, she made me feel rushed, so she took my friends’ order, then when she came around to me, I asked if I could have a few more minutes, then she slammed the menus back down on the table and walked away. And at the end, after we paid, she literally just walked away. Not a “have a good day,” nothing. Just gone. My friend then went to order a coffee to go as well as asked to speak to the manager. The manager just said sorry. We were not impressed at all, and definitely will not be going back.

I recently stopped in at East Side Mario's on my own and had a really enjoyable experience. Even dining solo, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable, with a fun, lively vibe.
The service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. I never felt rushed or overlooked.
The food was exactly what I was hoping for—hot, flavorful, and a generous portion. The unlimited bread and salad/soup is always a great bonus and definitely hit the spot.
Overall, it was a great place to grab a meal, even on your own. Good food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

There was a short wait for some tables to be cleared during lunch hour. We were seated by the manager? And a waitress came by shortly after to take our drink order. All you can eat Soup Salad and bread is our go to for lunch as it comes out quickly and all tastes great. I've had pretty much the same experience with supper here as well great food staff is friendly but I do get the impression they may be slightly understaffed for peak times. Entrees do seem priced rather high but with the added soup and salad it definitely improves the bang for your buck. Everything we've had has been delicious except for an order of fish and chips (small portion of fish all batter) But otherwise it has been a great experience and will be recommending and returning.
Not bad! Beautiful restaurant interior. We went for the all you can eat pasta. The sausage and peppers pasta, and the rose pasta was great. The Alfredo pasta is very bland, and I asked for it without chicken but it was easy enough to pick out. I would recommend staff checking to see if bread or salad refills are wanted since it is advertised as all you can eat. Also, the booths on the bar side are incredibly small, we had to move tables and watched another group have to do the same as well. It’s a bit uncomfortable eating while people next to you are gambling but you’ll only run into that if you sit on the bar side. Overall I likely wouldn’t go back but it is a great price for all you can eat, even if you just get one serving, you can’t beat the price! Our server was friendly & just the right amount of attentive without hovering. :)
