  It absolutely blows my mind that Subway didn't have any Italian bread at suppertime today (4:30 PM). It also blows my mind that they would accept my online order, process my payment, and then cancel it later because they couldn't fulfill it. I had to call the store just to find out why it was canceled, and they told me they didn't have enough Italian bread for my order (I ordered three footlongs) and that I'd get my money back in a few business days. I'd understand more if it was near closing time, but it was suppertime.

  Gosh you go to get a sandwich and NO tomatoes. The one staple in a sandwich. Has the supply chain gotten so bad on the Island? I'm guessing so yeah.

  First and last time visit at this location. Beautiful on the inside. Empty food case. Scraped a half spoon of chicken crumbs for my daughters salad which was then warmed into hard dry chicken crumbs , wilted lettuce and a pinch of cheese ended up in the garbage. Undercooked bread which toasted so hard it fell apart. Empty pickle container so sub was soaked in pickle juice, wilted lettuce and when sub was closed everything was hanging on the outside again threw half in the garbage couldn’t eat it. Subway is expensive and 30 dollars thrown in the trash is not a great feeling. Would not return or recommend this location.
