  We went there with our kids, and there was a girl named Maninder who helped us with our order. She was very polite, patient, and friendly throughout the whole experience. She made ordering easy and made us feel welcomed. She also suggested the cream soda, which made us very happy because we had come several times before and it was always out of stock. We were so glad to hear they had started it again. Her excellent customer service truly made our visit better

  I had a great experience at Taco Bell thanks to Maninder. She provided excellent customer service — very friendly, polite, and helpful. Really appreciate the positive attitude and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  This was my first visit, and I was genuinely excited to try Taco Bell, but unfortunately the entire experience was disappointing. Store was so quiet not much busy .The employee named mahak (as shown on my receipt) appeared tired, confused, and completely uninterested to assisting customers. Several items were unavailable, which I understand can happen, but when we politely asked for suggestions or alternatives, she offered no help at all and simply repeated that they didn’t have it. She did not seem prepared to answer basic questions and looked unsure of what to say. Customer service plays a huge role in a first impression, and sadly this visit left a very negative one. I hope management works on improving staff attitude, product knowledge, and customer service so future guests have a better experience.It was my first and Last Visit because of this horrible experience.

  One of the best fast-food spots for vegetarians. Gagan gave the best customer service ever. They make it so easy to swap beef for beans on almost anything. The Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito is a classic value bestseller.

  It was my first time trying this place. The food was excellent and really enjoyable. However, the service inside the restaurant was poor, and the place could definitely be cleaner. I’d recommend using the drive-through and eating elsewhere for a better experience. Overall: great food, but the dine-in experience needs improvement.
