2.5 stars. Crunchwrap supreme was essentially a lettuce wrap, I thought they forgot to add beef, but there was a razor thin layer between warp and taco shell, no visible sour cream, minimal cheese and tomato. Basically be prepared too be served something worlds away from the picture on their menu. Loaded fries were really good, no lines when we visited.

Today I had a such a terrible experience at Taco Bell in Mount Pearl, NL. 47 Commonwealth ave, A1N 1W7. It’s was really bad service. We have ordered 2 vegetarian items and 2 meat items . When we received our food, all wraps was close to each other, only one wrap was marked as “beans” amongst all the food items. By the time we have noticed that my boyfriend who is vegetarian, already had a beef taco eaten as it’s wasn’t being marked. I immediately went to counter and told cashier about that. She was polite and she apologised right away, right after she called manager who in same was standing and having a nice chat with other employees. He came closer, to counter and I have told him full story , he went to talk with his colleagues about it. When he comeback after 3-4 min he said that everything was marked down. I told him that only one wrap was marked, and he asked me to take a look at wraps. I told him that it’s on my table, and he went with me. At the service table, in order to check if we are saying correct or wrong he flipped the packaging of the wraps two-three time while other food was getting already cold. After that he went again back, I’m not sure why, instead of providing to us solutions of this issue and make us to wait for him 5 more minutes, he grabbed my receipt and went back. After 5 min he again comeback telling us that he is not allowed to mark any beef items, and of course this understandable, but how about vegetarian items being marked or being separated from non-veg. I read of apologies he stated that there is not much vegetarian customers coming in store, so that’s why they forgot. In hull conversation rather then saying sorry , he wasn’t ready to confront his fault and waited us to correct the problem. At end he replaced our not the entire order. But still we didn’t receive proper costumer service. It’s was our first experience with Taco Bell and it’s wasn’t good at all, specially because of the person who is managing full store. I had a really disappointing experience at Taco Bell. When I walked in, the floors were dirty and wet from the snow, and I almost slipped. Not a great first impression and honestly a safety issue. Service was okay at first, but then a worker asked me to move so she could put a sign on the machine because the Baja Blast Freeze machine wasn’t working. This location is very new, so it’s a little surprising the machine is already out of order. I ordered a burrito, nacho fries, and a regular Baja Blast instead. The nacho fries were actually good, but the burrito was a different story. I specifically asked for no peppers, yet it was extremely spicy. After a few bites my mouth, throat, and stomach were burning badly, and I felt like I might throw up. It was genuinely uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness, incorrect order, and how sick the food made me feel made this a really bad experience. Definitely not somewhere I’d go back to.

First time going since the lineup was half normal. I waited because they were CONSTANTLY busy both inside and drive through (two blocks long) We ordered to go and the cashier was very professional and polite!! I jokingly asked if anyone had quit since opening day on December 27th 2025? She said "actually yes, three people". I would have quit too lol I commend the staff working the front line hands on!! 🏆🥇
