A very pleasant place. We really liked the food — it was extremely delicious. We ordered a lot, and the portions are quite large, so you can definitely get full. The service is good, the food was served quickly and hot. Everything was clean, including the restrooms, despite the place being fully packed with people. I recommend this place for a relaxing visit.

Dined in for lunch, the place was hopping! All 6 of us got all our meals, hot and delicious. love that rib sauce on the side! And we didn’t have to ask for pop refills (a huge part of the tip calculation) Such friendly staff, so busy but nice, unlike the Karen whining about one small forgotten item, which was quickly provided with profound apologies, but missus wanted blood. I felt so bad for the young server. Other than that customer, we had a great time! Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my festive special chicken & rib dinner with loaded baked potato. Spinach dip appetizer was a fast favorite. Service was fast and friendly from all of the staff even though the restaurant was full and meals were running behind we were checked on or tended to by multiple servers as were the people around us, we received our beverages (Caesar & coors light on tap) quickly and were delighted to recieve lindor chocolates and a scratch card with our bill.
They accommodated my husband’s gluten allergy and our grandchildren loved their rocket power drinks and custom topped desserts while we shared toffee cheesecake and a lava cake with ice cream before the kids trip to the treasure chest on our way out.

I went to lunch with four of my Caucasian co-workers. The service was a bit slow and a few things were missing, but we were patient, it was the lunch rush, and they were clearly busy. Nothing felt out of the ordinary, and everything was fine.
Until the end, when the bills came. She was very nice to every single one of my co-workers in fact, going as far as saying that she would have remade my colleague's drink (he didn't finish his drink).
I was the last person to receive mine. As the server handed me the payment machine, either she or I must have accidentally clicked something, because the screen suddenly showed a bunch of table numbers. I handed the machine back and said, “Hey, something happened. Could you do that again for me?”
She replied, “Oh, you were trying to skip the tip?”
I smirked, completely baffled, like What the heck?
Then she added, “Because I don’t see any other reason why it would do that.”
I am really disappointed after this interaction I experienced at your restaurant today, which carried clear microaggressive and stereotypical undertones toward me as a person of color. When the payment machine glitched, the server immediately accused me of “trying to skip the tip,” a comment she did not direct at any of my four Caucasian co-workers. Being singled out and assumed to be dishonest over a $3–4 tip was embarrassing and hurtful, and reflects a harmful bias that no customer should experience. I hope this can be addressed seriously, as these kinds of comments have a real impact on people of color and their sense of safety and respect in public spaces. Last but not least, a tip is an optional/courtesy at the discretion of the customer, and no one should ever feel entitled to it!
