- FFFateZeroJul 31, 20251.0Debit machine went down not even the screen would turn on. Subs were already made but no way to pay. Staff decided to start asking people to e-transfer him the money for the sub or download the app and make an account to order and buy the sub online and when people refused or didnt have the app he asked for phone numbers and names to call them when the machine was back on. When they refused again instead of customer service and just giving the sub away he took it to throw it out rather then just let the customer take the food. Such a waste of food and customer service. Not sure if this is subway training or just this location but this will be my last trip to this subway.
