I asked for the full order to be replaced since what I did receive was cold, but the manager refused and said they would only replace what was missing. He even implied that I might have removed the items myself, which was incredibly unprofessional. Eventually he took my order back and slammed it into the garbage bin behind him. Overall, a frustrating experience and very poor customer service.
