  Found hair inside the chicken and super super salty and contacted kfc then self and argued with them for about 10 minutes saying it’s not there fault and I got to go through door dash about hair because inside of the food that was tapped and food in a box worst place to go never go to the kfc on commonwealth ave

  The waite was way to long waited 20 minutes inside for tgeam to tell me it be 25 more minutes before chicken gets cooked the staff was not organized at all and mostly door dash and mobile orders were served first

  Placed an order for pick up. 3 hours later it is not ready. Tried calling. Disconnects after 2 calls and goes to a voicemail that isn't set up. This KFC needs its license pulled IMMEDIATELY.

  Very disappointed with the service. My order was missing several items, and when I went back for a replacement, I was told it would be another 25 minutes. I asked for the full order to be replaced since what I did receive was cold, but the manager refused and said they would only replace what was missing. He even implied that I might have removed the items myself, which was incredibly unprofessional. Eventually he took my order back and slammed it into the garbage bin behind him. Overall, a frustrating experience and very poor customer service.
