I went to the drive-thru around 7:15 PM and still had to wait almost 15 minutes, which already messed up my break. But after all that waiting, the burger I got was honestly the worst. The bun looked dry and old, the veggies were thrown in like someone didn’t even bother—two thin cucumber slices, one tomato slice, and barely any lettuce. And on top of that, there was not even any sauce inside. Literally a dry burger with zero effort. For a place that says “your burger, your way,” this was nowhere close. We hardly have any veggie burger options in this town, and even then I chose Harvey’s hoping for at least a decent meal. Instead, I got something that completely ruined my lunch break. Paying full price and getting a dry, badly made burger after waiting so long is just unacceptable.
