  Drived thru just few minutes ago and bought couple burgers for snacks and soon as we get home we realized that one of the burgers we ordered has no patty in it so I drove back to get it fixed which I really don't mind at all not really a big deal to me, we’re all human we make mistakes but I don't appreciate hearing people from the kitchen laughing about what happens saying(in our language filipino)“oh maybe its a vegetarian burger” is a serious matter. I mean how could you miss burger patty on a burger? Imagine if someone from a far ordered only to realize that their order was incomplete soon as they reached home?. kudos to the supervisor/manager on duty though for quick and fast action I really appreciate it. I’ve worked with fast food chain myself so I know how hard the job was. But I never laughed on mistakes and I take it seriously and make sure to do better next time . Not the first time our order was messed up but we never complained.

  It’s not the worst, but if you’re gonna get it on a busy day, inside the restaurant, your better off going somewhere else, the food is alright, lukewarm, not hot, almost never hot, the food is also sloppily made 85% of the time and 50% of the time they don’t even serve you everything or even anything, one time I ordered a exclusive sauce they had available, and only that as I wanted to try it, 30 minutes I waited, and even then I had to go up to the front desk and ask where it was, and 50% of the time when you do get your meal, they’ve either forgot something, or they’ve messed something up, highly recommend getting the meal through curbside, drive through, but not inside the building, as it’s always dirty from people before, oh and also, there is no delivery, sorry.

  Une honte, ce McDonald’s ! Service médiocre, le personnel semble détester son travail, et ça se voit. Mon sandwich était dégoûtant ; quand j’ai demandé qu’on me le refasse, le gérant – un homme d’une cinquantaine d’années – m’a répondu que si je n’étais pas content, je pouvais aller ailleurs. Leur attitude est vraiment désagréable, on le voit dans leurs regards et leurs gestes. Je déteste ce McDonald’s
