Also after I asked a question to staff member actually told me I should go to the other location instead next time. Then I asked for a refund and she just didn’t reply and was very rude!

Asked for foot longer cookie , said she had none yet I called earlier that day and was told they had lots. It stays in the freezer so clearly she just didn't want to take the time to do so . Horrible experience
