But unfortunately today when I went to the counter to tell the staff I was here at the store for my order that I just placed online (I was told previously to let them know if I order online when I get to the store to eat at the store to let them know so they start preparing it promptly) I was snapped at in a rude tone by the staff for rushing them and they stated “We just got it!” It’s not ready! I explained why I told them I was there and ready when they were but they were just plain rude. 2 older female staff. What a disappointment!!
