Sitting in store at the moment with 3 other customers. We are all waiting for our orders. One person still waiting after 30 minutes. I've been here now for 23 minutes. No assistance from staff. Poor communication and very poor service. Customers are becoming angry and irate over the wait and staff are ignoring all of us. Unbelievable.

Ignorant. Refused to refund me for orange juice they did not have. Told me there was nothing they could do. Told them to call their manager. Surprise! They were made to refund me.
