  Je suis allé hier soir pour un repas sur place. Il était 19h00, donc pas d'affluence. Pour un Big Mac et un Sundae , j'ai du attendre 35 minutes ! ! Pourtant beaucoup de personnel, tous étrangers et visiblement pas habitués à travailler à un rythme soutenu. Il y en avait certains à faire des 8 dans la cuisine. Une formation pour le personnel me paraît indispensable ! Dommage car le cadre de cet endroit est merveilleux.

  I orderd a burger with NO Bun, NO Patty and extra Pickles. I got a Bun and Patty without pickles. I want my pickles

  My experience of this place is that most of the worker can bearly speak English and they shouldn't be able to work there if they can't speak our language because I know that if some of us moved to their country and didn't know their language they wouldn't hire us. And they just keep messing up orders and giving the wrong receipts to people

  I got to the pay window and my order was wrong. The guy in front of me had to pay extra at the food window. Last 3x's I've been to the drive thru the food has been cold. Feb. 7th food was cold and sprite was just soda water so I went inside. 10 or 12 servers there but it took forever to get the food and still no drink so I asked for a refund. They stood around like dummies as if there was no understanding of what I said. By this time the food was cold again and still no drink so I just left. Service is gone to crap and food is cold and not fit to eat. Even though I drive thru I eat in the lot so I want hot food! Store#5707 Trans# 1LNG8J4XM4
