  I always grab my coffee through the drive-through, At best it's lukewarm, If I say so, most times they will give me another cup, However, an evening girl on tonight passed me my coffee and i knew it was going to be just barely warm because it was the end of the pot, There was another girl with her, and she passed it out and said said here try it. It's hot., I did try it and I said no it's not hot. It's actually not even warm. She took it back and said drive over to the side. I will make a fresh pot., With a look on her face That said it all, She wasn't pleased. I drove over to the front and waited not even 30 seconds and she comes, I guess making a pot of coffee only takes two seconds nowadays, Pass it to me and went on inside. I knew it was the same cup of coffee, especially after I tasted it, and it was exactly the same temperature that I just had gotten through the drive-through window, So I had to get out of my car go back inside and the lovely lady that was serving at the front made a fresh pot of coffee and finally I got a hot coffee. To the young girl on the drive-through window with the black hair, If your customer is asking for hot coffee, please give her hot coffee. Do not give her the same cup that you just gave her, If it's too much trouble for you to make another pot, maybe go get another job, I wouldn't say anything, but this keeps happening and I'm sick of it, Getting a coffee through a drive-through usually is a fast process but dealing with you, It ends up being at 10 to 20 minute ordeal., I won't even start on you guys putting cream instead of milk that's for another day. Thank you to the Young lady on the front, You actually know how to do your job and how to deal with customers without having a snotty look on your face. Thank you for making me a hot coffee.

  We drove a long drive to have McDonalds Veggie burger and to be honest it is disgusting. I will say they should just stop selling it. The quantity of sauce and veggies 🫡 Hats off. Taste 🤮. Doesn't worth the money at all. If there is negative rating I would have given them the highest score.

  Dirty restaurant, no tp or paper towels in bathrooms, no clean tables, drink station was not stocked and messy. No receipt paper in any of the ordering kiosks and staff seemed to care less about tidying up, only playing their music on a loud speaker in the kitchen to which the whole restaurant gets to listen to indian music so loud you can’t even hear the person talking next to you. Received the order, and both our chicken burgers supposed to be made with bacon, did not have any in it. When we went a returned them to the supposed “Supervisor” and politely asked for them to be re-made, she explained that those burgers were how they were made… when both ordered explicitly say add bacon. Why offer customizations if you won’t customize them properly then try to say we, the customers, are wrong? Management needs to get their act together and train these employees to be efficient at their job. We keep giving this place a chance but after this no more.

  Past 5 times I been here order a double cheeseburger only onion and they always have everything on it and I went back the last time and they gave me a regular burger no cheese and loaded with onions top to bottom
