If the restaurants across the US have abandoned paper straws why are still doing this? Plus these paper straws at McDonald's are the lowest quality. Come on McDonald's please give napkins and 2 straws for every drink. We shouldn't have to beg for this stuff.

Long wait times for all areas of service (drive-thru, in store, curbside) Staff frequently forgetting parts of your order and then another long wait for them to fix it. Staff can be seen fooling around behind the counter, instead of working. Not saying you can’t have fun at work, but get your work done as well. Waited over a half hour at curbside just for a coffee.
