  1 star they ruined McDonalds a long time ago.. everytime I go threw the drive threw something is always messed up or they don’t got no sauce put in the bag when u got nuggets its un real, don’t get me started on how the food is always cold the fries is never warm and half cooked , service is ok sometimes but I don’t like how they remodeled the McDonalds in bay Roberts and how there is no play place for the kids anymore McDonald’s is literally a fast food place for kids the happy meal hello?

  Every single time we're there the order is messed up.. Food missing or nonsauce in bag (which I paid many times for and never get) Cold is warm to them. Ever since when does a cheese burger not have melted cheese let alone icy cold cheese. Fries that are so salty you could melt the iceberg that hit titanic and save the ship before disaster. GRIZZL CHUNKS IN EVERY SINGLE BURGER I ATE THERE LAST 4 TIMES. CRUNCHY TO THE BITE

  For the first time in my life I have seen such stupid workers. I waited for half an hour in the rain and they ignored me. I am very upset. I went there on 15th January at 11.30 pm. They are very unscrupulous workers. I work night shifts at Mc Donald's. This is what I request, strict action should be taken against them.😣😔

  went through the drive through asking for a sweet chilli thai wrap with fries and a drink. we also ordered the grinch meal, and they never even asked what drink we wanted! went to the window to pay and they said chicken and bacon wrap. asked if we were getting fries for both a grinch meal and the wrap meal. staff said the grinch meal came with it and we didnt order fries for the wrap. the manager came out and said we’d get a sweet chilli thai wrap and they still never gave us fries. they told us to go through the drive thru again but we refused. we wanted our food. we told them to forget about the fries and drink for the wrap and we drove forward to retrieve our food. we get the wrap and grinch meal and we checked it seeing they gave us a Chicken and Bacon wrap! even when the manager told the chef to make the sweet chilli thai! unbelievable. and they gave us hash-browns instead of fries for the grinch meal. we’re furious with this and we will never go back because its unbelievable. it was a simple order that was hard to get wrong. do not recommend. service is terrible.
