  Literally five stars for the dude who was working window tonight. Actually had energy behind his voice. Very polite. For once got my order 100% correct. 10/10 give him a raise he deserves it and whoever was working kitchen god bless their soul for a mcdonalds everything was perfect nothing was dry plenty of condiments normally i have to dip everything in a sauce I didn't even have to wait long feel like it was the fastest I had been in and out for dinner there in a longggggg time

  Thank you, McDonald’s, for the unforgettable lesson in poor internal communication. During a snow emergency, your managers clearly stated there was no problem leaving the vehicle overnight since the store would be closed the next day. We trusted your word. That was our mistake. What wasn’t communicated — apparently — was that this had already been approved. Even knowing the vehicle belonged to an active-duty soldier simply doing his job, no one thought to confirm the information internally. Instead, a tow truck was called. The cost of that “miscommunication”? $800 to move a vehicle. The cost of one internal phone call between coworkers? $0. This entire situation — and the financial damage it caused — was completely unnecessary and avoidable. A little consistency and accountability among your team would have prevented it. Hopefully communication can become part of the training — right next to customer service.
