As I'm waiting for my food at the window the on shift manager was running the drive thru and after touching my card, rubbing her hair back, grabbing the refrigerator door handle, walks straight out opens the bag and grab the chicken with her bare hands without even gloving up or washing her hands. Even in my younger days of working food industry I know food handling is top priority. It don't matter if it's fast food wash your hands

After we ordered and didn’t get our drinks we ask if it came with drinks. Once we ask we found out it doesn’t. So either it’s false advertisement or the cashier didn’t know how to due his job. I would NOT recommend coming to this Wendy’s.
