The worker told me, “If I put less ice, I’ll make the drink less,” basically saying I wouldn’t get a full cup. I explained that I’m paying for a medium, not a smaller drink. I’ve never had this issue at other Dunkin’ locations — they simply give you the same drink with less ice. This felt unfair and honestly left a bad impression. I won’t be coming back to this location.

We thought they were fresh but it wasn’t fresh at all. Probably those donut from yesterday but definitely weren’t fresh and that made our stomach upset. That was a terrible experience at that Dunkin’ Donuts. Never going back there.
