But the people are so, so nice. Yes, I’ve witnessed a messed up order or two, but they will fix it for you with a smile. Most employees seem to be hardworking decent people just trying to do their job and definitely don’t deserve rude attitude from customers who have never worked a service job in their life.

The newest hire who usually works on the food items, after months of working there, has zero clue what she is doing. Takes forever, throws the food around on the counter, constantly touches her shirt and other surfaces with the gloves on that she keeps on to prepare the food? Idk, extremely disappointed with the service there lately. Waited 20 minutes for a toasted bagel today (mobile order) as I watched other mobile orders printed after mine come and go…
