  Around 2pm, March 31st 2026, Most one of the employee are kinda rude, while im asking for mocha frozen drinks, and starting being rude actions, for not understanding, understanding, he doesn't speak proper English as well, I asked him for vanilla mocha shake, until i didn't get it, for what hes trying to sayuntil get over it, while trying to tell him its a frozen drink? And frozen coffee drink, he doesn't know what im telling so I grab the donut and leave, most of the employees service, only him, after this got me the wrong drinks, I said its i wanted a frozen coffee, not a ice coffee mocha, so he got pissed over that and this, after 5 people waiting in line until whilr i didnt understand what hes trying to explain?, until he was rude and unacceptable, i didn't understand his English proper alot, So yeah i am Never coming back or return the store again, in the area

  Dear Management, I am writing to report a serious hygiene violation I witnessed at your establishment this morning. While purchasing a coffee and two donuts, I observed a younger male staff member standing near the dishwashing sink openly cough and deliberately spit a large amount of saliva directly in that area. This behavior is completely unacceptable and constitutes a direct risk of infection to both customers and staff. Such actions clearly violate basic hygiene and food safety standards. Immediate attention and corrective measures are required. I strongly urge you to: 1. Review and enforce hygiene protocols with all staff. 2. Provide urgent training to ensure proper food handling and sanitation. 3. Monitor staff behavior to prevent any similar incidents in the future. Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of your establishment is critical for public health and the reputation of your business. I expect this matter to be addressed immediately.

  This morning, the crew at this establishment, despite having a predominantly female workforce, was extremely unprofessional. They seemed more preoccupied with their own conversations than with assisting me in placing my order. They frequently interrupted me while I was trying to communicate, speaking in their own language and making mistakes in my order. For instance, they asked me where I was from or why I had a coat on at 8 a.m. in 35 degrees, implying that it wasn’t cold outside for them I guess. When I replied that it was, they started giggling and speaking in their language. I’m not sure who owns this establishment, but they urgently need to address these issues before they reach corporate headquarters.
