  It’s amazing. Everyone who works here is American and speaks English which also means this place is also clean.

  Food quality is 5/5. Kids Mac n cheese is 7.69$ and regular size is 10$ but the quantity is close to kids size Mac n cheese. Otherwise all our food was served at right temperature and delicious.

  I usually visit Panera at Ramsey because is in the middle of the route between my work and house. I never disappointed with my choices. Fast and good service. I love the pick-two option that gives me to choose between salad, sandwiches or soups. I love the Harvest salad and pesto chicken sandwich with a dipper.

  Spent $33 for dinner for me and my kids and ate in the restaurant. My kid dropped the bread on the floor that came with her chili. When I went to the line and asked for replacement, they told me I had to buy the piece of bread at the register. I thought he was joking. Asked the man at the register if I really had to pay and couldn’t they just replace as a courtesy and he just shrugged his shoulders and charged me $1.27 for a piece of bread. Poor service

  Ordered in store on self assist kiosk. After long wait with my name displayed on the customer facing screen, several employees and finally the manager said they couldn’t see my name on their side of the display. Manager reentered my order and promised to expedite and give me my order. She did neither. When the order finally arrived it was missing an item which I was told they didn’t have.
